I developed the Creative Creatures Playbook for the Creative Shop team, designed to support our small and medium-sized business clients in establishing and scaling their creative teams. The playbook features illustrated characters that represent key creative roles, each accompanied by descriptions of their unique “superpowers.” We created a tangible set of playing cards that enables clients to mix and match these roles, visually exploring various team-composition scenarios. Working alongside my colleagues at Facebook’s Creative Shop made this project both whimsical and rewarding, offering me an opportunity to capture the essence of each role in a playful yet strategic way.

Creative Creatures is a light guide to the 11 most common creative roles- highlighting their overall strengths, mobile-first superpowers and creative partnership possibilities. The goal of the resource is to help performance and media agencies better understand how creative teams operate, so they can elevate their assets on our platforms and build better, more impactful mobile-first work.

I designed, and animated these cast of characters to visualize their role in our creative playbook to help agencies and advertisers better understand who they need to assemble the perfect team.
